Do not consume food at least 1 to 2 hours before class. Easily digestible foods are recommended for meals prior to session. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Hot pilates class required at least 4 litres of water per day for body maintenance. Cut down on caffeinated drinks and proccessed food before class a s it will affect the body's tolerance towards heat.
